7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you purchase a Monthly or Annual membership and are not fully satisfied within 7 days, you can request a 100% refund.
How to Request a Refund
- Log into your Travonee account.
- Go to contact us page.
- Select “Request Refund”.
- Describe your problem and submit.
We will process your refund within 5–14 business days and return the money to your payment method.
When Refunds Are Not Available
- After the 7-day period has expired.
- For subscription renewals.
- If your account has been suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms and Conditions.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your membership at any time from your account settings. Future billing will stop automatically, but you will continue to have access until the end of your current paid period.
