You own your content. Grant us license to display/store within platform only.

We reserve right to monitor, review, remove, moderate content at our discretion without notice. Warnings, suspensions, bans possible for violations.

4. Prohibited Conduct

No harassment, spam, illegal use, reverse-engineering.

5. Location Services

Collected only with consent; deactivate anytime via settings/device.

6. Intellectual Property

Travonee name, logo, code owned by us.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Service “as is”. No warranty for uninterrupted/accurate service.

Accuracy of Information: Weather, currency, maps, places sourced from third-parties/our database. We aim for accuracy, but inaccuracies may occur only if a place is removed from our database. Decisions based on this info at your own risk.

Offline Interactions Disclaimer: “Nearby Travelers” for in-app discovery only. Travonee not liable for any real-world meetings, interactions, harm, fraud, safety issues between users. Offline meetups entirely at your risk. Exercise caution, meet publicly, verify identities.

8. Termination

We may suspend/terminate for violations. You can delete account anytime.

9. Governing Law

Laws of Sri Lanka. Disputes in Colombo courts.

Continued use = acceptance.
